FREEZONE have offered you a 7 days easy exchange policy. Because, we know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way with your hope. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality and if you identified defects of the products you have bought, simply bring it back in your nearest outlet of us with your receipt or please contact Freezone customer service within 24 hours from the delivery day. You may change or exchange a product within 7 days from delivery date. We will not accept the product that have been worn, used, altered or damaged by you and if missing all original tags, accessories which was attached.

What Qualifies As An Exchange?

You can change or exchange any product if it meets any of the following conditions:

o If wrong product delivered to you.

o If wrong sizes and colors delivered to you.

o If product found with a major quality defects.

How Do I Exchange A Product?

If you have to exchange or change a product what you have bought, Please follow the process: At first please contact Freezone customer service within 24 hours from the delivery day. Please bring the original Invoice or Money receipt within 7 days from delivery, come to your nearest outlet of us or e-commerce warehouse.
